What we make

Also known as honeycomb packing paper, honeycomb wrapping paper, hex wrap, Hexcel wrap, honeycomb cushioning paper and expandable paper wrap. See other names around the world.

Honeycomb paper wrap is the flexible, die-cut kraft wrap that stretches open into a honeycomb mesh. It is not honeycomb board, honeycomb panels or honeycomb pallets, which are rigid sheets of paper cells used in furniture and pallet loads. We do not make those.

Honeycomb paper wrap rolls

Widths from 100 to 500 mm (and 15" or 20" for the US), 50 to 120 GSM, 250 m flat as standard. Brown, white and black in stock, four more colours, and your brand colour to order.

Private label supply

Your brand on the carton, your product codes on the pallet labels, and a specification held against your approved sample.

Sheets, dispensers and mailers

Pre-cut sheets for hand packing, table-top dispensers to go with the rolls, and honeycomb padded mailers in six sizes.

Why distributors buy from us

  1. Our lengths are flat lengths. A 250 m roll is 250 m on the scale, and it opens to about 400 m. You compare like with like.
  2. The paper is strong, because we test the raw paper before it reaches our line. Buyers who try a cheaper, weaker roll usually find their packers use more of it, and they come back.
  3. The rolls arrive dry, because they are made and stored in a moisture-controlled plant and wrapped before they leave the line.
  4. Our FSC claim can be checked. Certificate SGSHK-COC-400324 is on FSC's public database, and it goes on every FSC invoice.
  5. We can make it yours. Private label is a normal order for us, not a special favour.

We load at Mundra port in Gujarat and quote FOB, CIF or DAP. A 40 ft container is our preferred order, and a 20 ft container is a sensible first order. The export page covers Incoterms, documents and how a first order runs.

Who we supply

Packaging distributors and wholesalers, ecommerce fulfilment companies, and importers who want one container of paper packaging instead of five small shipments. We sell to trade buyers only, by the pallet or the container.

A word from me

I run Jagannath Polymers, a family packaging company in Jaipur that has made packaging since 1997. Honeycomb paper looks simple, and that is exactly why buyers get caught. The cheap roll is short, or weak, or damp, and the problem shows up on the packing table months later.

So we write down everything that matters: flat length, width, paper grade, packing and the FSC claim. If our roll fails your test, tell me. That is exactly what samples are for.
