Private label honeycomb paper for distributors
Some of the honeycomb paper we export never shows our name. It reaches the end customer under the distributor's brand. If you are a packaging distributor, it can be yours.
Some of our honeycomb paper leaves Jaipur in cartons that carry another company's brand. A UK packaging distributor, for example, sells our rolls under its own product name and its own codes.
That is what private label means. Your customers buy your brand. We make the roll, and we keep quiet about it.
What you can have in your name
Your carton
Printed with your brand, your product name and your codes. We can work from your artwork or design the carton for you to approve.
Your colour
Honeycomb paper in your brand colour, matched to a physical sample you approve and made with a minimum order of 8 pallets of one colour in one width. Or choose from brown, white, black, red, blue, yellow and green.
Your core
Cores printed with your brand, or in your colour, in the diameter and type (flush, extended or notched) your customers' dispensers need.
Your product codes
Your own SKU codes on cartons and pallet labels, so the stock goes straight into your warehouse system without relabelling.
Your specification
Width, paper grade, flat length, core type and diameter, and roll diameter fixed to your range, and held against an approved sample.
Your packing
Rolls per pallet, pallet height, cartons or open pallets, built around how your warehouse receives and racks goods.
Your documents
FSC claim and certificate code on our invoice when you order the FSC grade, plus the export documents your customs broker needs.
How a private label order runs
- You send your specification, a sample roll if you have one, and your yearly volume.
- We make samples to that specification and send them by courier.
- You test the samples. We agree the carton artwork and pallet labels.
- You approve the sample and artwork in writing, and we both keep a piece of the sample.
- We produce, test the lot, and load the container.
Changes after artwork approval cost time, because printed cartons are made for your order only. Please check the carton proof slowly. A wrong barcode on 1,600 cartons is not a small problem.
Mixing products in one container
Distributors rarely need one item only. A container can carry several widths and grades, and other paper packaging from our range, such as void fill paper and kraft paper tape.
As a working rule, we plan at least 4 pallets of each item in a mixed container. Fewer than that, and the setup time on the line costs more than it should. If your range needs smaller quantities of some items, tell us. We will look at it with you rather than refuse it.
Who this is for
Private label makes sense for packaging distributors, wholesalers and catalogue suppliers who already sell paper packaging and want a second source, or a better price, for honeycomb paper. If you are buying for your own packing tables only, our standard products are the simpler route.

Questions buyers ask
Will you sell the same product to my competitors under your own name?
We sell our own honeycomb paper under our own name too, so we cannot promise that nobody else buys a similar roll. What we do promise is that your artwork, your product codes and your customer list stay yours. We never show one customer's packaging to another.
Can you match the rolls I buy today?
In most cases, yes. Send us a roll or the full specification (GSM, flat width, flat length, core, roll diameter and weight). We will make a sample to that specification so you can compare the two side by side.
Do you design the carton?
We can prepare a carton design from your logo and brand colours, or print your own artwork. You approve the final design in writing before anything is printed.
